1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once the stock is available, most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer one reliable and tracked shipping option. Estimated delivery times for the Netherlands: 10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on stock, the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on all orders over €45
  • A flat shipping fee of €6.95 applies to orders below €45

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. Apollo Endurance Shop is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages due to customer input errors

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or estimated delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos if applicable.
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
