Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to provide high-quality products and service for each athlete. If, for any reason you, are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Importante note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, nutrition products (such as gels, drink mixes, bars, and supplements) cannot be returned once opened.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or partially used nutrition products
- Any product not in its original condition or damaged due to reasons not related to our error
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back, at info@apollo-endurance-lab.com.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
First, contact us at info@apollo-endurance-lab.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Then, our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
Once approved, please return the item(s) to the address provided.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged or defective product).
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error made by Apollo Endurance Shop.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know while submitting your return request.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe the product is defective:

- Provide your order number and a photo of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation:
- Check with your bank or payment provider
- Contact your payment provider for additional processing details
